Local Honey

• Local: Produced by bees in your geographic area, often within 50–100 miles. This is important because local honey contains traces of pollen from local plants, which some people believe may help with seasonal allergies (though scientific evidence is limited).

• Raw: Unprocessed and unpasteurized. Raw honey hasn’t been heated or finely filtered, so it retains more of its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and nutrients. It may also contain bits of wax, pollen, and propolis.
